Job description

We are looking for our future ambassador for the Garcia brand in France (South-East Area). In this role, you are the ambassador of Garcia in France, with a focus on wholesale, working across the men's, women's, and children's lines. Your mission is to help grow the Garcia brand in France. You achieve this by creatively and sustainably attracting new customers and expanding existing ones.

 

You think outside the box and are ready to help us grow our brand profitably. To do this, you leverage your experience in the fashion market and work result-driven in collaboration with our customers. You are flexible and have a strong sense of trends. Additionally, you exude enthusiasm for the Garcia brand and know how to convince customers with your engaged and motivated attitude.

 

Your main task will be to monitor and take orders from existing customers in your sector and to develop sales with a category of prospects that corresponds to the target set by the company.

 

We have an office in Paris and showrooms in Lyon and Nantes. Our HQ is in Alblasserdam, The Netherlands. You will be reporting directly to the Country Manager France.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for :

  • Organising and optimising showroom presentation and sales.

  • Suggesting the best assortment to our customers, to ensure the best possible sell-out and to establish the brand in the long term.

  • To monitor deliveries and payments in collaboration with the sales department and accounts receivable.

  • Optimising sell-out: monitoring restocking, tracking exchanges, training sales teams.

  • Planning rounds in coordination with the Sales Department (monitoring the existing portfolio).

  • Prospect for and open new accounts to strengthen Garcia's position in the market.

Job requirements

What we expect from you:

  • 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position.

  • You think out the box, you're results-oriented and you're ready to contribute to the expansion of our brand. Your experience of the fashion market and your proven knowledge of distribution and customers in this sector are assets for the success of your mission.

  • You are flexible, have a strong sense of trends and exude enthusiasm for the Garcia brand.

  • You enjoy working independently and have strong analytical skills.

  • You have a good level of French and English.

  • Willingness to travel: as part of your job, you will be required to travel frequently.
