Area sales Manager Women 

ROLE CHALLENGE

In this role you are THE ambassador of our GARCIA Women Collection within Denmark. It is your personal mission to help GARCIA grow in Denmark as a brand. You do this by attracting new customers and expanding existing customers. You aim for a win-win outcome in line with the Garcia rituals, brand mission and vision.

Your day to day Responsibilities:

• Pre-season: you’re mostly based in the showroom where you invite all clients and present and sell them the new collection;
• You plan visits to all assigned accounts in your region on a regular base. Be a true ambassador, tell our compelling brand story and ensure that the brand/product presentation in stores is in line with the VM Guidelines.
• You actively look for opportunities to improve your partnerships and increase turnover;
• You detect relevant market developments & anticipate and adapt to changing customer behavior and needs.
• You analyze sales data and signal both opportunities and threads.

You within our organization

In this role you are part of our Nordics Sales Team. You report directly to the Sales Manager NL/Nordics. You work closely with Customer Service based in the Netherlands and the credit control team.

YOUR PROFILE – What you know and what you have done

• Professional degree;
• Understanding of the fashion market;
• You have a proven trackrecord within the Women Fashion Market;
• You are an excellent communicator and fluent in English;
• To be successful in this position a minimum of 5 years’ experience is needed;
